耐擊穿電壓強(qiáng)度測試儀整機(jī)組成：

1、升壓部件：由調(diào)壓器和高壓變壓器組成0～50KV的升壓部分。

2、動(dòng)部件：由步進(jìn)電機(jī)均勻調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)壓器使加給高壓變壓器的電壓變化。

3、檢測部件：由集成電路組成的測量電路。通過信號(hào)線把檢測的模擬信號(hào)和開關(guān)信號(hào)傳給計(jì)算機(jī)。

4、計(jì)算機(jī)軟件：通過智能電路把由檢測設(shè)備采集的測控信號(hào)傳給計(jì)算機(jī)。計(jì)算機(jī)根據(jù)采集的信息控制設(shè)備運(yùn)行并處理試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

5、試驗(yàn)電極：根據(jù)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(1408.1-2006)隨設(shè)備提供三個(gè)電極，具體規(guī)格為：Ф25mm×25mm兩個(gè)；Ф75mm×25mm一個(gè)。

安全保護(hù)功能：

◆ 試驗(yàn)在試驗(yàn)箱中進(jìn)行，試驗(yàn)箱門打開時(shí)電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側(cè)無電壓。100KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗(yàn)箱壁的zui近距離大于370mm，50KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗(yàn)箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗(yàn)時(shí)即使人接觸箱壁也不會(huì)有危險(xiǎn)。

◆ 設(shè)備要安裝單獨(dú)的保護(hù)地線。接保護(hù)地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時(shí)對(duì)周圍產(chǎn)生的較強(qiáng)的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計(jì)算機(jī)失控。

◆ 該試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的電路設(shè)有多項(xiàng)保護(hù)措施，主要有：過流保護(hù)、失壓保護(hù)、漏電保護(hù)、短路保護(hù)、直流試驗(yàn)放電報(bào)警等。

◆直流試驗(yàn)放電報(bào)警功能:在設(shè)備做完直流試驗(yàn)時(shí),當(dāng)開啟試驗(yàn)門時(shí)設(shè)備會(huì)自動(dòng)報(bào)警,直至使用設(shè)備上的放電裝置放電后報(bào)警會(huì)自動(dòng)取消.(注：因?yàn)橹绷髟囼?yàn)后不放電會(huì)危險(xiǎn)到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成人身傷害)。

◆ 試驗(yàn)放電裝置，隨主機(jī)為一體化，改進(jìn)了以往單獨(dú)配備一根放電桿的功能。

注意事項(xiàng)：
1、介電擊穿強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)儀安裝時(shí)應(yīng)具有獨(dú)立的接地線。
2、在開機(jī)前，操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。
3、儀器不能在有強(qiáng)烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質(zhì)的氣體環(huán)境中使用。
4、試驗(yàn)環(huán)境溫度15度到25度之間，相對(duì)濕度60％到70％之間
5、試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產(chǎn)生并伴有聲響，屬正常現(xiàn)象。
6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時(shí)必須用高壓放電棒對(duì)高壓電極進(jìn)行放電，放電時(shí)間5秒以上。

7、每次進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)前，必須檢查儀器接地。
